What?

So many thoughts running in my head,
Confusion and wonder ringing although there's no sound.
Words from my heart,now left unsaid,
Pain and tension forms knots and bounds.

I'm still trying to remember and recall,
All the things I said and did,
Before what you told me almost made me fall,
And now I'm trying desperately to hold on.
